Injectables & boosters
Antiwrinkle injections.
Softens lines while keeping you looking like you.
Prescriber-led. Always.
The honest bit
What it is, and
who it's for.
Straight talk before a single needle appears. If it's not right for you, we'll say so - and point you somewhere better.
Tiny, precise doses of a prescription-only muscle relaxant, placed into the muscles that crease your skin when you frown, raise your brows or squint. The muscle softens, the line softens - your expression stays.
It's a medical treatment, so it always starts with a face to face consultation with our prescriber.
- Frown lines, forehead lines or crow's feet bother you
- You want to look fresher, not frozen or "done"
- You'd like to soften lines before they settle in deeper
- You're happy topping up roughly every 3-4 months
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have certain neuromuscular conditions - we'll check
- Your lines are there at rest - skin treatments may suit better
- You're after a dramatic, obvious change - that's not us
Your visit
Quicker than
your coffee order.
The whole appointment is around 30 minutes. The injections themselves? A few minutes, and you're back to your day.
-
We chat first
Your prescriber assesses your face at rest and in motion, talks through what's realistic, and maps a plan around your expressions - not a template.
-
The treatment
A series of tiny injections with a very fine needle. Most people describe each one as a quick pinch or scratch - over in seconds, no numbing needed.
-
How it feels after
Expect small raised bumps at the injection points that settle within about half an hour. Occasionally a tiny bruise or mild redness - easy to cover the next day.
-
Downtime? Barely any
Straight back to normal life - just no rubbing the area, no lying flat for 4 hours, and skip the gym, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours.
Results
What to expect,
when.
Antiwrinkle isn't instant - the muscle relaxes gradually, so your result builds over a couple of weeks rather than the same day.
-
The first few days
The little injection bumps have long gone, but you won't see much change yet. Patience - this is normal and nothing's gone wrong.
-
Around day 3-5
It starts to kick in. Lines begin to soften as the treated muscles ease off and your movement gently settles.
-
Day 10-14
Full effect - this is your true result. If anything needs a tiny tweak, this is when we'd see you for a review.
-
3-4 months on
Movement gradually returns and lines slowly reappear. Most people book a top-up around this point to maintain the softness.
Results vary from person to person - your likely outcome, dosing and timing will be assessed honestly at your consultation.

Aftercare
Let it settle.
Simple rules, big difference. We'll give you the full rundown on the day - here's the short version.
Do
- ✓ Stay upright for around 4 hours after your appointment
- ✓ Keep the area clean and makeup-free for the rest of the day
- ✓ Let any little bumps or redness settle on their own
- ✓ Come back for your review if we've arranged one at 2 weeks
Avoid
- × Rubbing, massaging or pressing the treated area for 24 hours
- × Strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and hot yoga for 24 hours
- × Alcohol for 24 hours, which can worsen any bruising
- × Facials, laser or lying flat for the rest of the day
A quick note on safety: antiwrinkle injections are a prescription-only medicine and should only be given by a qualified, insured practitioner after a face to face consultation. If anything feels unusual in the days after - such as drooping or difficulty with an expression - contact us straight away.
Questions
Asked all
the time.
Will I look frozen?
Not with us. Our approach is to soften lines while keeping your natural movement and expression - the aim is a fresher, more rested version of you, not a blank face. We'd rather start conservatively and top up than overdo it. If you want a very heavy, "frozen" look, we're honestly not the clinic for that.
How long does it last?
For most people the effect lasts around 3-4 months, then movement gradually returns and lines slowly reappear. It's not permanent - it's a treatment you maintain with regular top-ups if you like the result. How long yours lasts can depend on your muscle strength, the area treated and how much expression you use.
Does it hurt?
Very little. The needle is extremely fine, so most people describe each injection as a quick pinch or scratch that's over in seconds. No numbing is usually needed and the whole thing takes only a few minutes. A small bump at each point settles within about half an hour, and any minor bruising is easy to cover the next day.
