Micro- dermabrasion.
Gently buffs away dullness for a polished, even glow.
Skin-first. Always.
The honest bit
What it is, and
who it's for.
Straight talk before we start buffing. If your skin needs something gentler or stronger, we'll say so - and point you somewhere better.
A non-invasive mechanical exfoliation. A handpiece glides across the skin with a fine abrasive tip and gentle vacuum suction, lifting away dull, dead surface cells and leaving skin instantly smoother and brighter.
No needles, no numbing, no chemicals - just a deep, deliberate polish and a proper cleanse.

Your visit
A deliberate
skin polish.
The whole appointment is around 30 to 45 minutes - an unhurried buff, cleanse and soothe, then back to your day.
-
We chat first
We look at your skin, talk through your goals, and check there's nothing that means today isn't the right day. Honest advice before anything begins.
-
Cleanse & treat
Skin is cleansed, then the handpiece is passed methodically across each area - a fine exfoliating tip plus gentle suction lifting away dull surface cells.
-
How it feels
Most people describe a mild gritty scratchiness and a light tugging from the suction - comfortable throughout, no numbing needed. Skin feels smoother straight away.
-
Downtime? Barely any
We soothe and apply SPF, and you're free to go. Expect mild pinkness and a little sensitivity for a few hours - easy to head back to your day.
Results
What to expect,
when.
One session gives an instant glow. For lasting changes in texture and radiance, results build gently over a course.
-
Straight after
Skin looks brighter and feels noticeably smoother. Mild pinkness is normal and usually settles within a few hours.
-
The next few days
That fresh, radiant look holds and makeup glides on beautifully. Some people notice slight flaking as the surface renews.
-
Over a course
For dullness, congestion and uneven texture, we usually suggest a course of around 6 sessions, spaced roughly 2-4 weeks apart, so results build session by session.
-
Longer term
Results are cumulative rather than permanent - a regular top-up, often around monthly, keeps skin looking polished and even.
Results vary from person to person - your likely outcome, number of sessions and spacing will be assessed honestly at your consultation.

Aftercare
Keep the glow going.
Simple rules, big difference. We'll give you the full rundown on the day - here's the short version.
Do
- ✓ Keep skin clean, calm and well moisturised
- ✓ Wear SPF 30+ every day - freshly exfoliated skin is more sun-sensitive
- ✓ Drink plenty of water and let skin settle
- ✓ Reintroduce your usual routine gently over the next few days
Avoid
- × Sun exposure, sunbeds and fake tan for a few days
- × Retinoids, acids and gritty scrubs for 3-5 days
- × Hot baths, saunas, steam and hard workouts for 24-48 hours
- × Picking, rubbing or heavy makeup on the day of treatment
A quick note on safety: microdermabrasion is non-invasive and generally very well tolerated, but skin type and condition matter. We assess your skin first and will never treat if it isn't right for you that day.
Questions
Asked all
the time.
Does it hurt?
No - it's a comfortable treatment. Most people feel a mild gritty scratchiness as the tip passes over the skin, plus a light tugging from the gentle vacuum. There's no numbing needed, and you can chat throughout. Afterwards skin may feel a little tight and look pink, which settles within a few hours.
How is it different from a chemical peel?
Microdermabrasion is a physical exfoliation - it mechanically buffs away the outermost dead skin cells. A chemical peel uses acids to dissolve them instead, and can work at different depths. Microdermabrasion is gentle with minimal downtime, so it's a great option if you want a polished glow without the flaking of a stronger peel. We'll advise which suits your skin best.
How often should I have it?
One session is lovely as a pre-event glow. For genuine changes in texture and radiance, a course of around 6 sessions spaced 2-4 weeks apart tends to work best, followed by a top-up roughly every month or so to maintain results. We'll tailor the plan to your skin at your consultation.
