Brows, liner & lips
Semi-permanent make up.
Wake up with your brows and liner already done.
Patch tested. Always.
The honest bit
What it is, and
who it's for.
Straight talk before we pick up a single needle. This is tattooing, so it's a commitment - we'll make sure it's the right one for you.
Fine cosmetic tattooing that implants pigment into the upper layers of skin to enhance your brows, eyeliner or lips. Think softly defined brows, a subtle lash-line liner, or a natural lip blush - shaped and colour-matched to you.
It's semi-permanent, not forever: colour softens and fades gradually, and every treatment starts with a consultation and a patch test.
- You're tired of redrawing brows or liner every single morning
- Your brows are sparse, over-plucked or uneven
- You want a natural, done-not-obvious finish
- You're happy to follow the healing and return for a top-up
- You're pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have certain skin conditions or take blood thinners - we'll check
- You're prone to keloid scarring or active in the treatment area
- You want something you can wash off tomorrow - this stays for years
Your visit
Worth every
minute.
This is a proper appointment - around 2 to 3 hours. It's a deliberate, unhurried process, because precision is the whole point.
-
We map it first
We talk through the look you want, then draw your shape on and match a pigment to your skin and colouring. Nothing goes in until you're happy with what you see in the mirror.
-
The treatment
A numbing cream keeps you comfortable, then pigment is implanted with a fine needle in careful passes. Most people find it very manageable - more scratchy or buzzing than sharp.
-
How it looks straight after
Fresh work looks bolder, darker and more defined than the final result - that's completely normal. There may be mild redness or slight swelling around the area.
-
Healing takes a couple of weeks
Expect some light flaking and colour changes as it settles. You'll follow simple aftercare and keep the area dry and untouched while it heals - real downtime, so plan around it.
Results
How it heals,
and holds.
Semi-permanent make up settles over weeks, not minutes - and it's a two-appointment process. The top-up is part of the treatment, not an extra.
-
First 1-2 weeks
Colour looks bold and dark, then lightens as the area flakes and heals. Resist the urge to pick - let it come away on its own.
-
Weeks 2-4
Colour can look faint or patchy as the skin recovers, then re-emerges softer and more even. This settling stage is completely normal.
-
Your top-up at 6-8 weeks
A second session to perfect the shape, add density and balance the colour. This is essential - the result isn't finished until the top-up is done.
-
Longer term
Results typically last around 1-3 years depending on your skin, lifestyle and sun exposure. Most people book a refresh once it fades.
Results vary from person to person - how your skin takes and holds pigment, and how often you'll need a refresh, will be assessed honestly at your consultation.

Aftercare
Let it heal well.
The healing weeks make or break your result. We'll give you the full rundown and aftercare on the day - here's the short version.
Do
- ✓ Keep the area clean and dry, and follow your aftercare exactly
- ✓ Gently apply any balm we give you, as directed
- ✓ Let flakes and scabs fall away naturally
- ✓ Wear SPF over the healed area to protect the colour long term
Avoid
- × Picking, scratching or rubbing while it heals - it can pull pigment out
- × Make up, skincare actives and touching the treated area for the first week or so
- × Swimming, saunas, steam rooms and heavy sweating until healed
- × Direct sun and sunbeds on the area during healing, and fake tan over it
One honest note: semi-permanent make up is a form of tattooing carried out on broken skin, so infection and reactions are possible. A patch test beforehand and careful aftercare keep the risk low - if anything worries you while healing, contact us.
Questions
Asked all
the time.
Is it actually permanent?
No - the clue's in the name. Pigment is placed in the upper layers of skin, so it softens and fades gradually rather than staying forever. Most results last around 1 to 3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle and sun exposure, then need a refresh. That fade is a good thing - it lets you tweak shape and colour as trends and your face change.
Does it hurt?
We use a numbing cream, and most people describe it as very manageable - more of a scratchy, buzzing or tingling feeling than sharp pain. Lips and eyeliner can feel a little more sensitive than brows. It's a long appointment, so comfort matters to us, and we'll check in with you throughout.
Do I really need the top-up?
Yes - the top-up at around 6 to 8 weeks is part of the treatment, not an optional extra. Everyone heals differently and some pigment naturally lifts as the skin recovers, so the second session perfects the shape, adds density and balances the colour. Your result isn't truly finished until it's done.
